terrydoc
Hi Guy's Does anyone have an email contact for Sig Sauer. I have screwed up the battery cover on my Romeo 1 and require a replacement. The only thing I can find is a telephone number but I'm in Australia. terrydoc
Yes I have and there is no email contacts for customers only dealers, hence the reason I posted the question. Edited August 30, 2018 by terrydoc
JAFO
The way they are doing it these days is you call in, a rep talks to you and takes your info in case they need to email you mailing labels, etc, later.
terrydoc
Pain in the bum for me as I'm in Australia, thought there may have been an easier way. Does anyone know if the romeo is actually manufactured by Sig Sauer or who is the manufacturer if not?

At least there wouldn't be long-distance charges.
DCSigCZ
I have at least one email address. I have to look in my history and will get it to you later today.
DCSigCZ
I am PMing you some Customer Service email addresses that I have. Some are a couple of years old, some are much more current. You can use as many or as few as you want in order to reach someone that you can work with. I hope you get your situation resolved with them!
