gmantwo
Since FSP primers seem to have gone the way of the Dodo, has anyone used Fiochi SPP's? For more than "1000 when I couldn't get Federal"? I don't want to buy 2 cases then find out there are problems. And are they gold or silver color? I load minor with silver, major with gold, that way it's really simple to tell what is what
njl
I bought a case (12k) of them a while back by "accident" (thinking FC meant Federal). These are regular (not non-toxic) and are silver. I use them interchangeably with CCI and have gone through a few k of them.
JRM83
Bought 30k when PVI had them for $16/k last year. Bronze color, and haven't had any issues. Loaded around 6k or them so far.
skippyaz
I bought 15K when I started reloading a couple years ago. Not a single failure in my CZ Shadow.
Mike62
I have shot 12K of them and they are great. They light off easier than CCI which is a big plus for my production gun.
BeerBaron
I really like the fioicchi primers. Nearly as soft as federal so great in guns with light da triggers. I got very low sd using them too. Very consistent. I like that they come in small packaging too (though 150 per pack is a bit weird). I also tried the nt version and found them good too. Mine were all silver in color. beckham
This is great news as I have 12,000 of them. I am having problems with my M&P 9 Pro and Magtech primers (light strikes). Winchester and Federal run fine in it, but I am out of them.
