Thanks for this. I saw this thread yesterday. A different thread said the website was being updated in the afternoon, so I kept checking then. On a whim I looked this morning, and sure enough, there was 124 gr JHP available so a grabbed a case!

I received a couple of those Kipp levers. What have you guys used for the external screw? The thread is 8/32, but all my machine screws have a head that’s too big. I’ll check Ace Hardware to see what else they have. Edit: Ace had a 1” set screw that looks like it will work. I assembled it, but everything seems kind of loose. Would you guys be so kind as to describe/show your setup?

Hey, that’s pretty slick. I ordered a similar one from Amazon to try. The one thing I found is that the nut on the non-clamp side of the holster tends to loosen up, so I would probably look into something to hold that into place. That being said, I think I’m going to order a couple of those Kipp levers and see what I can do there.

I have both a Shadow 75 and SP01. I prefer the balance of the 75.

Greg Cote is the place to get mags. I like the rubber base pad too, but am not sure if they fit a 10 rounder. For ammo, I like Montana Gold 124 HP, and I've been having good luck with CCI primers. Oh, and get a Boss hanger. You can thank me later.

I bought 15K when I started reloading a couple years ago. Not a single failure in my CZ Shadow.

There was a CSI episode similar to this many years ago. I love hearing creative ways to get back at those a$$holes. Let's face it, if they weren't doing illegal things in the first place, the vandals would not be in the position they are now in. Nice job on giving them their comeuppance!!!!

The 75 Shadow also has an upswept beavertail. I think some of the stainless models do as well, but I'm not 100% on that one.

Yup. Check out LOK grips. I don't see red, but orange would be close. He may be able to do red if you ask.

I just received mine today and put them on. I really like the profile of aluminum grips, as they allowed me to be able to get a lot of "skin on the grip". Unfortunately, they always had a tendency to loosen slightly and move around, no matter how tight I got the screws. The G10 material seems to stay put better and should give me exactly what I am looking for. I can't wait to give them a test run.

My $0.02 on the mags. The 16 round Mec Gars with the rubber bases are the way to go.

Ok, I'm sure this a dumb question. But with the stronger spring, it takes more effort to click the safety on. Does that also mean it's easier to click off on the draw?

I own both as well. And for me, the balance of the 75 is why I prefer it. The SP-01 is a bit nose heavy.

The slide stop for the CZ 75 is shorter and might work for you. It would be a longer reach, so not as easy to hit accidentally.

Hard to go wrong with Blade-Tech. And they make one specifically for the SA.

I saw that last night. Looks pretty sweet. I don't use a cart, but even my wife said it looked like a good range cart. Please post a review once you get it!

Often I could just smack the magazine into my palm and have the baseplate pop back in. This issue seems to happen most often with the 16-round baseplates. I swapped mine for the 18-round baseplates, and they pop on easily.

How did you find you were #6 in ranking? Is that hidden somewhere on the USPSA site?

In case you haven't heard, a Blade-Tech holster with BOSS attachment is pretty good. :-)

Does anyone know if there is a difference in the amount of ear space between the Peltor Tactical Sport and the Tactical Professional? I didn't know if the larger cups on the Pros actually equated to more room.
