XL650, Cases getting stuck / tipped in Station 1 Locator

Thanks guys.  I'm going to try polishing mine and checking the ejection wire as well.  I bent 2 decapping pins last week when the case fell over and I pushed down on the handle.

OP, not sure if you got  this worked out or not, but from your pictures the shell plate looks a bit too high.  I checked my 650, the shell plate and top of the guide are pretty close to even/parallel.  If you'd like a pic, LMK.

Good catch. OP , you don't have the washer from bearing kit under plate do you?

No, just on top like the instructions say. My issue was resolved by filing down the rough edges on the station 1 locator rail track, and slowing down just a bit.
