Edge40
So heres the story. I have a custom limited gun with the classic PT aggressive steel grip (this gun is sub 2000 rounds right now). I now have a deposit on a second identical gun aside from the finish. My problem is I think I really want the new PT EVO grip but I would like the two guns to be pretty much identical. So I guess theres two questions here. Should I worry about the small difference in grip? If yes and I decide to upgrade the old gun(still like new). is there a solid resale market for a once fitted PT aggressive steel grip( it is DLC coated). Thanks everybody. mach1soldier
I like things as close to the same as possible. So I would change it, After making sure you like it on the new gun. Resale market is pretty good from what I have seen
tjs375
Having shot both, I like the new grip and it feels different to me. I don't think you would have much of a problem selling the old one. I still have the old style and enetually will upgrade to the new style.
36873687
I'd say keep it, sounds like it will be a back up gun anyway
echotango
I didn't know the classic was steel. Not sure why I thought plastic. You can get a lot for a used steel grip. Look in the classifieds for previous sales.
