Setting up a New Content Activity Stream

For those that do not have the time to figure out the new forum configuration options, the following instructions will allow you to create a custom Activity Stream that closely resembles the New Content option that existed on the previous software version:

1. From the Activity Tab, click the 'My Activity Streams' this will show a drop down menu, click 'Create New Stream'

2. In the following panel use the phrase 'New Content' in the top field, press the Sorting button on the top right and select 'Newest Activity First'

3. Select the other fields as indicated below:

4. Hit the Save button.

5. The following filter block will be shown, if using a mobile device you may need to switch to Landscape mode to see this. 

6. Select Results As 'Condensed' on the bottom right under the filter table, then press the check mark at the top of the filter box to make this the Default Activity Stream.

7. The 'New Content' button will now show next to the 'Mark Site Read' button, clicking the New Content will produce a display that contains the subject of each Topic.

8. You should now have a New Content Activity Stream that looks a little like the one below:
