Do not... do NOT use sand paper, unless hitting the hammer strut, plunger strut and holes. So I take it you disagree with this tutorial that a lot of people use? johnbu Posted July 22, 2016 Share Posted July 22, 2016 I agree that metal removal while polishing should be minimized. After all, it's much harder to put it back if you go too far! I inwardly cringe hearing about people sanding. It works, works well in fact. But the margin between great and oops is thin. Just one opinion.
