However after a few trips the pick n pluck foam is just not holding up. Is there anyone who does custom foam inserts with a denser foam? Thanks! Boxer1 Posted July 5, 2016 Share Posted July 5, 2016 Get the regular foam from Pelican and use a electric fillet/ Carving knife to cut it. Really works well. Also lay it out in a mirror image of what you are wanting and trace with a sharpie. Then flip it over and you wont see the marker. If that makes sense hard to explain.
