I changed the recoil spring after about 10 000 rounds. Up to 20 000 now with no issues. Not a single malfunction yet. I may change the recoil spring again soon, and maybe the magazine springs.

Sorry - I'm in South Africa, using Somchem MP200 powder, so the actual powder weight would be meaningless to you.

But i use the same powder charge for both 180 grain and 200 grain bullets. The 200s make major power factor in ipsc (about 178) while the 180s are around 167 power factor. I use the 180s for practice because they're cheaper. The 200s are for competition.

I load to the .40 S&W specification length of 28,8 mm (1,134 inches) with Frontier CMJ bullets (RNFP). I use either Magtech or Sellier and Bellot primers.

I use the recoil buffers in my TS. With the 180 grain load they will last forever. But with the 200 grain load they are completely destroyed after 1000 rounds or so.
