Alaskan454
There was a gentlemen at our last USPSA match and his rear sight mysteriously got knocked all the way to one side. He was hitting mostly A zone and then starting barely hitting the target. It happened half way through the match so something must have bumped it in the holster. Have any of you seen this happen before?
V2plus25
Had it happen to a buddy once in the middle of the match. Turned out the friction screw wasn't tightened down because the lock-tite had just been applied.
JayDee
Yes- had this happen on my CZ a couple weeks ago. Now I periodically check my sights and always have wrenches and loctite in my bag.
BuellX1
Make sure the screw it degreased before applying the locktite and blue will be sufficient Edited December 30, 2015 by BuellX1
teros135
Also, I recall that Loctite has to set up overnight, preferably 24 hours.

I borrowed my buddy's 1911...the pin holding the rear sight would not stop drifting out...he ended up getting a new pin for it...oversized as well
