Grams follower locking back slide leaving one round

If your wanting it to lockback use the factory STI followers as that's what they are designed for and work well. The minimalist followers are designed for capacity and as such your giving something up to get that to gain extra capacity. Most shooters outside of IDPA don't want the gun to lock back as there really is little use for it in uspsa open or limited as the gun shouldn't be run dry anyway. For a division outside limited or open run stock followers. If your in limited or open decide if that's worth the extra capacity to lock back. The minimalist ones can be made to lock back but any changes at all to the mag can cause them to be unreliable and fail to lockback or lock back early.

Dremel the follower down so that it doesn't make contact with the slide stop. Very easy to do.

If you want it to lock on an empty mag but not with one round left in the mag you will need to make the follower thinner where it engages the slide stop. I took and flat file and removed a little at a time until it didn't lock back with one round left.
