WFargo
Hi everyone. I decided to join this forum because it's referred to quite a bit when it comes to dynamic shooting disciplines. I live in the Netherlands and work as a Fleet Manager at an Offshore shipping company. I'm 37 years of age. I've been shooting since I was 16 years old. Recently we've started steel plate shooting at my local range. Mostly I'm using my Kimber Rimfire Super .22lr as this is cheap shooting and a lot of fun. (but also a little bit of revolver) I sold my Glock 34 and Heckler & Koch USP Elite, because I thought I wasn't gonna shoot IPSC or steel plate anymore... Of course, I was wrong.... I am now lucky enough to be able to buy a second hand SVI Racegun in .38 super. I'm guessing this will fullfill my large caliber IPSC / Steel plate needs. I am an avid reloader, but I am not familiair with .38 super. Someone said that there was plenty of reloading advice on this forum, so I hope to learn a lot overhere. Jan P.S. my current 'steel plate pistol' the Kimber, and my future love, the SVI racegun.
Hi-Power Jack
You are going to have a LOT of FUN with the SVI. Welcome to the Forum. You can check out LOTS of reloading info for the .38 super by clicking on FORUMS (top left), and then scroll down to "reloading", and then down to 9mm/.38 super. Good luck with it.
