shws
Hey guys, I just picked a STI Eagle 5.1 bull. Would a Dawson .160 be the correct height front site for this model? Also, wanted to pick up a recoil master while I was ordering. Would Recoil Master/STI/For All STI 1911, HiCap/5.0' Heavy, Bull 519-1049 be the correct one? Just like to make sure I am ordering the correct stuff Thanks, Sam
v1911
Skip on the RM and order a Dawson Toolless guide rod.
Sandbagger123
Even though Dawson reccomends the .180 i have found that the 160 works better. Your rear sight will fit flat on the slide. like the other guys said, get the tooless guide rod and be done..
shotgunone
+1 Dawson tool less guide rod. Be sure and get the one with for bull barrels. If the gun is shooting where you like it with the sights measure the front sight and order the same one from Dawson.
