jstagn
Older para p14-45. After cleaning BEFORE I put in barrel and any other parts, I lube rails as usual and put the slide on to work the lube back and forth. When I do this the slide will sometimes 'hang up' on something when I rack it to the rear. I slight tap/jiggle and everything is OK. I put the gun back together and the same thing happens just aroung where the slide lock lever is. Thoughts?????
xrayfk05
You sure it is not the disconnector?
jstagn
Disconnector seems to move very freely, but thats a thought.
Yeti
Disco.... or perhaps a damaged/bent/loose ejector?
woodworks
If it is a series 80 it may be the lever that depresses the firing pin safety. Sometimes it does not retract fully and interferes with the slide.
