goosedowner
I'm ready to buy a new barrel for my 17 so I called KKM and asked them how their barrels shoot 160gr bullets. They said the 9mm barrels have a twist rate that should stablize 115 and 124 best and 147s ok but he didn't know about 160s. Anyone have a KKM and shoot 160s in it? if so how does it shoot? DougCarden
Lee, make a dummy round to figure out your OAL. Once you do that then work up some loads. I think it will be fine... DougC

goosedowner
I went a head and ordered the KKM barrel. I want to shoot 160's but if wont shoot them well i'll just drop down to 147's and see how they do. Thanks Lee
RaylanGivens
Didn't see this when you first posted... I've shot thousands of Bayou 160gr bullets through a Glock 34 with a KKM barrel... Don't worry, you'll love them... Very soft shooting...
