JFlowers
I am looking for some advice on mounting a red dot scope on my Rem 1100. If I use a B-Square style mount I am afraid it will interfere with the Tec-Loader brackets when I finally get a Tec-Loader. So what method are most people using? Guy Neill
The cantilever mount that attaches to the rib has worked well for me. Guy
Garrett
Once upon a time, I saw a mount that attaches directly to the barrel rib. This seemed to mount the scope lower than the cantelever mount did. I would have to check around to see who made it and if it's still available. TMC
I have a B-Square that attaches to the rib and has a weaver base. I trimmed the ends off to make it look cleaner. As it comes its much longer.
warpspeed
Buried J-point on receiver. No interference at all.
scooterj
Drill and tap the rib then mount a flat Weaver base.
