glenr
Found this one in a bag of range fired brass. It had enough metal in the pocket for one last go round.
mcracco
Looks like it was done with a half inch drill bit.

RPatton
Nice. I use a carbide burr with a flame shape installed in a homemade tool to adjust the depth of the cutter. It never dawned on me that I could use my 1/2" drill.
glenr
I use a multi fluted countersink in the drill press and just hold the casing and touch it lightly. Have to find the rest of my assorted countersinks and the one that the point hits the flashhole and will give the same cut on most casings. I think that somebody said that a 1/4-5/16" drill bit also gives a good job of crimp removal.
