Sammi
I have a glock 17 gen 4 with an 11 port comp and a KKM gunsmith barrel. Used it at a match for the first time and was told it was rising when shot just as if it didn't have a comp. Any suggestions to correct this? al503
Are you using factory/minor power factor or reloaded, major power factor rounds?
ickus
Short on powder gas's to make an 11 port comp work.
Rick88
That comp needs a slow powder with a lot of gas at major power factor to work...

jimbullet
You need to develop a load with a slower powder to achieve a lot of gas behind the projectile to make the comp work resulting to a flat shooting pistol.

You might try going down to a 124 grain bullet and bumping up the charge (use a chrono). The more powder, the more gas is created to increase the effectiveness of the comp. jimbullet
A flat shooting pistol however will help in follow up shots.
