BigDave
I have an early M1S90 with the 18.5" barrel and fixed rifle sights with no choke. I have thought about getting this barrel threaded for tubes. Or, should I just search out for a 21" vent rib barrel that is already drilled for tubes? If it makes any difference, the barrel is marked H&K (back when H&K imported for Benelli).
uscbigdawg
Threading the barrel is not a big deal. Briley can knock it out in no time. Rich
davidwiz
Good luck finding a 21" M1S90 barrel. You're more likely to find a polar bear in the middle of the desert. It would be easier and cheaper to buy a 26" barrel and have someone cut it down and thread it for chokes.
warpspeed
Not all barrels can be cut and threaded. Min wall thickness and diameters are needed to match the chokes. Briely will be able to tell you if it can be done. It will most certainly be cheaper than a new barrel.
