troupe
I picked up one of the new Bushnell AR 1x4 illuminated the other day. A nice scope for the money so far. The glass is decent for the money and the reticle works. The Illumination sucks, can't pick it up at all in the daylight. I called Bushnell and the guy that I spoke to did not even know if the reticle was green or red. I asked for any suggestions and he had no answer. I was very disappointed with the service. I like the scope for the money , but the illumination is sub par. I am wondering if anyone else has tried one and maybe I have a weak lighted module and would just need to send it back for another. Any input would be appreciated on the illumination, any others that has one , chime in.
bigfish
Haven't tried one but they look ok for the price. Even with my burris the illumination has to be turned way up on a bright day to see it well
practical_man
I have had one about a year. My light module sucks in daylight. Scope works fine otherwise though.
Tuflehundon
Have one to, and no the reticle illumination is not daylight bright. But I can see the reticle easily during the day anyways. I really like it compared to the Burris TAC30 I had prior.
troupe
Shot the scope the other day after mounting, works great. I like the reticle , but could use more illumination.
WarrenDean
I have one as well. It took a bit of getting used to with the FFP, but I have adapted and like it just fine. I shoot the reticle like a dot at 1X and use the BDC at 4x. Pretty straight forward. Don't see the need for the illumination on anything but a dusk or night stage. I bought it for the throwdown lever.
