sperman
So the TS is the large frame? What about the beavertail? Does the TS have the 75 style or is it higher like on the Shadow?
kneelingatlas
So the TS is the large frame? No, it's a wide bodied small frame, there's no clone like it. What about the beavertail? Does the TS have the 75 style or is it higher like on the Shadow? The beaver tail of the TS is closer to the SP01 than the 75B.

sperman
What is the difference in a wide body small frame and a large frame? (If this is already covered in another thread feel free to point me in that direction.) Thanks,
kneelingatlas
Small frame pistols (like the CZ75 platform pistols) are designed around the 9x19 round and can also be adapted to shoot .40, .357 SIG, .41 AE, .22LR, etc. (basically any cartrage with an OAL less than ~1.18". Large frame pistols (like the 1911/2011s) are designed around the .45 ACP round and can be adapted to shoot both large frame calibers (10mm, .38 super, etc) aswell as the small frame calibers listed above. The TS is unique in the fact that it cannot be adapted to shoot large frame calibers, but it was designed with a wide body mag specifically to compete with 2011s in USPSA Limited. Wide bodied small frame is a term I made up because I was sick of hearing the TS shared a frame with the CZ97B (CZs .45 ACP version of the 75B). I hope this helps. sperman
Is there a place that lists the dimensions of the grip portion of the frame for any of these variations?
kneelingatlas
I guess some guy with a huge collection of CZ and clones could gather that kind of information...

Bunsen
Guess I need to go look under the couch for change as I have been thinking about getting a second one as a back-up gun versus carrying my SP-01.
