The Donald Posted November 7, 2013 Share Posted November 7, 2013 Anyone else have bad customer service from Briley? Last week ordered some chokes for my Beretta from the them on the phone on 10/30. Asked for Opimta HP's received them on 11/2 and was sent something else not even close. Called Briley Monday morning and asked for a manager and was treated pretty rude. Briley was sending out the correct choke and should receive it on 11/6, never got here and no e mail or call, or UPS tracking number sent. Bad part is I live only a 3 hour drive from Briley, so figured should have the chokes next day. I guess Brileys is no Brownells or Midway at customer service.
