Should I go for iron front sight? or fiber optic? need your opinion for my new gun.

There's no way to know what's going to work for you until you try it both ways. If you buy a fiber sight, you can always go sans fiber for a bit and see how the other half lives. There's some other threads around here on the subject if you dig around with the Search function. Rob Leatham shoots a fiber front. Our gracious host shoots plain black sights.
