Speak up or hold tongue when RO's use the wrong commands

not everyone here, is at a level 1, for the same reason you are.

I take all my matches pretty serious. if I want to hang out with buddies I can do that at home.

*shrugs* I simply don't listen to anything but "Are you ready." I have absolutely no problem standing there until the RO gets it right.

Frag, that's cool if you can do that. My problem is that, if that happens, my focus has now shifted to the RO giving the right commands, rather than me shooting the stage. It makes it about the RO, not the stage. My pea brain needs all available bandwidth focused on the stage, not how dumb I can make the RO look. So, while some think the proper range commands are no big deal, it IS a big deal to those of us OCD about shooting the stage.

I guess I'm just focused to the point where I don't really pay attention to anything but "Are you ready." My brain won't let me do anything else but acknowledge that particular question. I'm almost at the point where I'm focused on hearing nothing but "Standby," but I'm not quite there yet.
