lmccrock
There are 3 different Tula small rifle primers. Small Rifle (KVB223), Small Rifle Magnum (KVB223M), and the other Small Rifle Magnum (KVB556M). Which one is better for 3-gun 223 loads in an AR with a JP trigger? Bullets will be 55-75gr, and powder is TBD, but not trying to make hot loads. I would rather not waste time and money trying all the Tula variants. Thanks.
Dan Sierpina
Haven't used Tula primers yet, but, I've been using the Wolf Small Rifle Magnum, not the 556 version. No problems with a JP trigger with speed hammer and yellow spring set.
rtp
Just went through this one. It's mainly about the hardness of the cup and cup thickness. First choice should be the 556 primers, followed by the 223/SRMs.

Boxerglocker
I prefer the magnums but I've used them all with no issues. My triggers are Geissele SSA, SD and a ALG with J&P yellow springs.
Steve RA
I'd recommend the KVB.223 one myself.
