Doc Neeley
I didnt' want to hijack the other thread but I wanted to get the opinions of those with experience to share their opinion regarding the 2 title scopes. I have a new rifle and I have a NIB MTAC I got to replace the Aimpoint on my other rifle, but haven't yet, and the new gun came with an AR-536 scope (came with it but I haven't mounted it or used it yet.) So which scope would be your preference. I like things about both of them, but an undecided. I'll appreciate hearing from those experienced folk with your advice and opinions. Thanks!! waktasz
I had a tac-30, the previous model to the MTAC...I really liked it, except the center dot is too damn big. That center circle is 2.4MOA. It covers up a lot of the target at 200 yards when we are shooting small steel.
Shooter115
You'll be waaaaaay better off with the 1-4 MTAC than you would be with a fixed 5X optic.

Doc Neeley
Thanks guys. I love the brightness of the MTAC but the BDC reticle of the AR-536 is appealing too. I was leaning towards the MTAC and I think I'll go that way. Thanks so much.
