So far I think decided I want an 18" light contour barrel with the standard muzzle brake. I also like the 15" handguard but I can not decide wether I want the rapid configuration or the standard. Unless you plan on moving rail sections around regularly I would go with the standard. Either way anything JP is top notch. I have standard handguards on two of my AR's, love em both. When I spoke to JP on the phone today they are not making any promises but figured 6 months was the minimum. Reading some of the posts on here it sounds like it may be closer to a year or more. Get one shoot it, try the other one on your next upper. I have been a die hard original recipe guy, but I went with a RC for this year and so far am happy.
