147gr hard cast lead with N320 for Pro 5"

I was wondering if anyone has loaded this particular combination of bullet/powder in a M&P Pro 5"? I was thinking about starting around 3.2gr of powder at an OAL of around 1.13".

I don't remember what my OAL length is, but I am using 3.1gr of N320 with my 147gr Moly coated Bayou bullet. It is coming out right at 860fps as an average. That is perfect for me with local matches. If I am at a sanctioned match, then I will add another 1/10th of a grain in it to bump it up.

What was the PF on that load Jeremy?

3.3 VV 320, 147 lead rnfp, oal 1.150. Gives 131 PF out of my standard. Don't remember what it is out of the 5 inch. About 1000 times more accurate out of my mp's than the125's I was shooting. Stock barrel.

Thanks! I loaded up some 147gr 3.3 VV N320s at 1.135 OAL that I'll be testing tomorrow. It's a very soft shooting load through my CZ although I expect it to kick a bit more out of the M&P, my CZ has a "slow" barrel and takes more powder to make power than most.
