Rifle load for 3Gun

I have 55gr Hornady and 69gr HPBT for load development for a 1:8" 5R .223 Wylde chamber AR.

Powders I have are AA2230, IMR 8208, R15 and Varget.

Any advice?

Dont load to max, 5% less is more accurate and doesnt beat your gun. I use H335 with the 55g and load to 24.5g, similar to AA2230

Hornady 55g? What kind of brass people are most people using?

I load the same as fringe and use LC brass...works all day long and bugholes at 100 yards

24 - 25 gr (I use ~24.7) of RE15 @ 2.25" OAL, LC brass, Tula or FGMM primer averages ~.84" 10-round groups out of 100 rounds at 100 yards in my rifles, and hold sub MOA out to 300. Not smoking fast, but a good load.

For the 55gr Hornady's I'd start with around 25 gr of AA2230. If you keep them <3K fps, they've been more accurate for me. It's a ~2.5 MOA load for me if I push them up to ~3,250 fps.
