EEH Posted November 4, 2012 Share Posted November 4, 2012 there should be a law forbidding anyone to make chocolate--I have lost a lot of weight but on some days,some times,when I'm alone or with someone I just have to have a chocolate bar,,then one more won't be that bad,,and then the weigh in day well you know,but they keep making the stuff and I guess I will keep up the fight--191 this morning,after a 5 mile walk. HRider Posted November 5, 2012 Share Posted November 5, 2012 Chocolate is a health food. Chocolate is an anti-oxidant, if you use the milk chocolate version, it is even better for you. Milk - all natural, comes from cows, which eat grass (helping of vegatables here), which comes from God = good. Mix milk and chocolate together and it is a vegetarian health food.
