media separator stand

Here are a few pictures of a media separator stand. The top section which sprays water to rinse brass if your wet tumbling is removable. The media or pins drop through and collet in a bucket at the bottom. Nice to be doing this standing up.

I had a somewhat similar idea. Since I tumble and separate in my basement, I built the exhaust hood, so no dust spreads around the area. The separator on the right is permanently attached, with a hole and a chute for the media, with the bucket below.

It is not expensive, and not as pretty, but clean and efficient.

If you wanted to save money, one could modify a laundry tub. $41 @ Home Depot.

Or fill the stock Dillon tub with water for the rinse, right of photo.

Rays is very nice though.

I guess I'm just cheap, I just use these kitty litter sifting liners. Use them over an old oil drain pan. They last for 3-4 months with 9mm.

You guys have some nice set-ups!
