gator11 Posted June 13, 2012 Share Posted June 13, 2012 Just being here to celebrate my daughters birthday, she's 4 today. I was diagnosed with kidney cancer in the summer of 07. Lost my business and most of my belongings. Started cemo and radiation, thought I was dealt a raw deal. Found out in November of 07 I was having a child. Continued treatments but I didn't seem that bad. Started living my life instead of feeling sorry for myself. June 13 2008 had a healthy baby girl named Ava Renee Santlli. Every day I live on this earth is truly a blessing. Sometimes we just need some perspective to understand that. I hope to make it to my daughters high school graduation but if I don't I still feel like the most blessed person I know. Hope everyone has a great day!
