Brazos Custom
Stock Trubor from STI would be 6 MOA. Look on the bottom of the module, should be blue.
Angus Hobdell
Dot Size is measure by the size of the dot at 100 yards. Therefore a 7 MOA dot would appear to be approx 7 inches at 100 yards. You could place a 10 inch disk at 100 yards and see how it compares. I have found over the years that anything less then a 6 is too small to aquire quickly and anything over an 8 is to large for any sort of distance, ir a 4 inch circle at 50 yards almost cover the whole A Zone I belive the OKO's are about 8 MOA. The NEw CET from Aimpoint is 7MOA and about perfect size.
Precision40
To determine the size of your dot, the dot module must be removed in order to see the color index located on the bottom of the module. there is a "stripe" located on the dot module indicating it's size. 2 moa is Red 4 moa is Green 6 moa is Blue 8 moa is Yellow 12 moa is Orange 16 moa is Purple
mcoliver
Dang. My module doesn't have any color stripe underneath it.
