Suff
I've starting shooting 147's in my Shadow and really like them. I am having a problem though with the round "catching" on the mag release hole from the inside. It doesn't allow the spring to push the follower up. Anybody encountered this problem? blind bat
Which mags are you using and the problem happen on all of your mags? What's your OAL? It's been a while since I ran 147gr bullets in my CZz but I'm guessing if you load a little shorter the problem will go away. If it's a specific mag you might want to make sure there isn't a burr on the inside of the mag. If you are using the CZ 18/19rd mags you might want to try running Wolf +10% mag springs. I've had problems with followers in the 18rd CZ mags sticking when they get dirty because they come with really soft springs. FYI, Mec Gar 17rd AFC mags are my favorite. No rattles and a base pad that doesn't stick out like the 16rd Mec Gars.
Suff
CZ 19 round / OAL of 1.145, same as my 124's. In today's match it was malfunctioning in the same mag each time.

You've just answered your own question - same mag. Set that one aside and don't use it.
DWFAN
Take it apart, check for burrs inside the mag around mag catch hole, then order Wolf +10% springs for all your stock CZ 19rd mags.
JorDanO
You may also want to check the dimensions of the problem mag. It may have got stepped on.
Suff
I've already checked for burrs, I need to measure it as well. Since these things are gold plated I sure hate to have one I can't use! Edited October 2, 2011 by Suff
