kwesi
Is this a known common issue that requires more use in my 15 round magazine? This is my 2nd mag. I've probably loaded & fired 250-300 rounds with it. Today is the first time I attempted to load more than 10 rounds at a time. It sounds like the springs are somehow binding on each other not allowing the follower to compress to the bottom. Thanks!

Nealio
Make sure you smack the back of the mag against the palm of your hand after you put 10 in it

Skydiver
I know you are shooting 10mm, but there is also the Henning technique of packing in the rounds... http://henningshootsguns.com/tech/video/eaa.limited.21mag.loading.wmv
Nealio
Is your OAL at max, or a tad under? I shot up all my 10mm, or else I'd try to get 15 in mine...

david s
Are your mags the new K10 Mec-Gar mags.New stock mag holds 14. With H500 pad is now at 15 loading with Uplula and PMC 200gr ammo. The k10 mag with the H500 pad on it just swollowed 16rds of Atlanta Arms&Ammo 180gr match ammo. Both FMJ. Factory OAL. Load all you can in the mag and let it sit until Thursday and then reload again. I own 27 Mec-Gar mags for different calibers but all of them at first had to sit for a couple of days fully loaded. Have never seen one not take what they were rated for.
