promod1385
Title of the post pretty much says it all. I picked up my first 9mm yesterday. A standard size XD. What does everyone recommend for a sweet heart target load for the XD? I am eyeing some 115gr Extreme projectiles. This gun needs to make minor as it will be used to USPSA 3gun and USPSA Production. Red Ryder
Go with 124 grain projectiles!
BBBB
There have been a lot of threads on this, that if you do a search you can probably find. In general, I think you will find a lot more shooters using 124gr or 147gr bullets than 115's due to their recoil characteristics and performance on steel. noylj
I would look at Montana Gold 121gn IFP or 124gn CMJ if you like quick return to battery or 147gn CMJ if you want a more gentle push. It all depends on what you like and can shoot best.
