Canuck223
I'm on my second Super 1050, and love it. However, I periodicly think about adding a second machine to the bench. Usually when I find a used RL 1050 for sale. I never load anything longer than 223 Rem. Is there anything about the RL 1050 that will make me regret the purchase? Spanners
Nope not at all. Some regard the RL as a better/smoother machine Worst case if you wanted to load say 308, then the Super can be used for that anyway
noylj
The only user difference I have noted is that the RL 1050 needs to be mounted right at the edge of the bench while the Super can be mounted about 0.5-1" back.
shred
The RL does not work well with the P-W Autodrive if you ever consider that. You can get one to work with a lot of effort, but it's very touchy, compared to almost drop-on for the Super.
freakshow10mm
I know a couple guys that have an RL1050 setup for brass processing and do all their loading on Supers.
