Dawson Marketing Posted June 24, 2011 Share Posted June 24, 2011 The original design of the Para basepads was cost-prohibitive to manufacture and so Dave looked at the process and decided to redesign them rather than raise the price. In the process of improving the efficiency of the CAD/CAM design he is also making some slight improvements to the basepads so they will be an even better product. We don't offer any "re-anodizing" services, but a quick Google search turned up hundreds of companies offering anodizing. I'm sure they would be more than happy to get your basepads looking new again. Now, remember: These are redesigned for manufacturing efficiency so that we wouldn't have to raise the price on them.
