ccoker
an item that may interest you Jet Supressors makes a Ti adjustable lo pro gas block out of titanium two things that set it apart 1) the adjustment screw is on the front, so it's easy to get to with any handguard that covers the BG 2) it has a set screw that goes in on top of the adjustment screw, same size allen wrench, the double screw means it's about impossible to back out. I have been testing one on my 6.8 midlength and plan to get one on a 16" midlength 5.56 that is overgassed very slick little package http://www.jetsuppressors.com/accessories.html

mpeltier
The photo was not real clear to me on their website. Does the adjustment screw run below the gas tube in the front of the gas block? Just wanting to be sure what I am looking at before deciding to try one. Seems like a great design.
