  1. Nope. But if it won't run m193 it's useless to me and Adams Arms will be getting it back. An AR that won't run 193 is broken. I understand not running Tula, but milspec 55s should run in any off the shelf AR
  2. I was shooting m193, I would like to think that's plenty warm
  3. I'm having the same problem I think. I've only put about 30rds through mine hand cycling every time. Lower has a Giselle SD3G trigger and standard carbine buffer and spring. Would a reduced power spring be the best place to start?
  4. Between the Mtac and Vortex, which has the more forgiving eyebox. I'm debating cancelling my StikeEagle order to pick up another Mtac
  5. Where are you finding Tac? I haven't found it in stock for over a year
  6. His poor kid is holding two halfs of his favorite toy wondering what the he'll happened to the screw that held it together
  7. Soooo what's the difference between the ADM Recon and Scout?
  8. I have the same problem except my can is a YHM which gives me even fewer brake options. I might end up buying another can
  9. I hose mine out with brake cleaner and re oil
  10. I'm in the process of rebuilding a couple rifles and I'm thinking about going with adjustable gas and a liteweight BCG in at least one of them, budget permitting. I know adjustable gas blocks have been the standard for many years, but does anyone have any experience with the adjustable gas keys? I like the idea of being able to swap in a standard BCG if I run into any reliability problems, but I'd love to hear any opinions or experience with them. I googled the subject and most of the threads I found seem to have been trashed

They also make an adjustable gas key. Not sure anyone has tried it yet though.

What's the battery life like on the Leupolds?
  13. I shot a fair amount of that ammo before I sold the rest of it off. I wouldn't be surprised if it really was only doing 2300fps. I am surprised its grouping that well for you
  14. I'm more concerned with erosion. Seems like a venturi will become just a hole fairly quickly. War Sport has been doing this for a few years so its nothing new. I just don't know how well it works
  15. I'm thinking about ordering one for the truck gun I'm working on. Would you mind shooting me a pm with price and ordering info? Seems like the perfect optic for can inexpensive 14.5 mid length build
  16. Mine is set to deprime and size on 1, two is empty but has a swagger in place cof the priming mechanism. The last station has another resizer that just opens the case mouth a bit and knocks the burrs off. Works well for me
  17. In regards to the VersaMax, what needs to be done yo at and what should I expect to pay?
  18. I'm pretty sure the gas system prevents extended tubes on the Beretta's. At least it did on the 391 I had.
  19. I've never been impressed with the reliability of the FN and I find it to be a pain to reload compared to the Benellis I've played with. The lack of a vent rib also bothers me. I do however like how soft it shoots and it's dead on at 50yards with cheap winchester bulk pack slugs. If I could keep the recoil impulse or lighten it while gaining some ease of loading and reliability I will be happy.
  20. It's time for me to replace my FN SLP MkII. Can anyone offer some opinions on the M2 vs The Vinci and Versamax? I know the M2 is obviously a proven platform and I've found the AR15.com edition set up and ready to run for $1600. I've shot the M2 and while I like the way it weak hand reloads I did find the recoil impulse to be obnoxiously "slappy" for lack of a better term. I know very little about the VersaMax in comparison and less about the Vinci. Considering reviews I've seen of Mr. Kelly's, the Vinci seem favorable, but I know he's a load-2 kinda guy so I'm worried about the how it will respond with a weak hand reload. Anyone have any input to make this decision easier?
  21. I'm looking for training tips and techniques for airsoft now that I have a reasonable gun. Would anyone be willing ot share what their training regime looks like. I'm having ot take this season off for the most part due to time and money constraints, but I would like to do SOMETHING to feel like I'm not completely out of the game. Thanks
  22. Just curious, where are these available?
  23. Thanks for the help guys, the project has hit the back burner. Hopefully this weekend I can get it sorted out. I'm really starting to hate my 650
