splashdown Posted March 12, 2011 Share Posted March 12, 2011 Sorry I'm late getting back to you fireman275. Custer is an 80 mile drive for me, and I only wind up shooting there about 4 times a year. Marysville is the closest club for me and I usually design a stage and help setup the match. I think Rick N. may have been suggesting you bring 300 rounds with you just to be sure you had enough. I usually take 300 rounds to every match. Matches usually require a minimum of 150 to 175 rounds around here. Occasionally, and usually at custer, round counts will top 200. I shoot nothing but .40 and reload on a Dillon Square Deal B. I feel it's a good all around cartridge for divisions I shoot (produciton, limited, open). Right now I'm shooting a Glock 35 in Limited while my STIs are out being refinished. SteveZ is the one on the right on the powerfactorshow. Come on down to Marysville next weekend.
