CZ TS .40 Springs

What main and recoil springs are most of you running in the TS .40?

I'm using 14lbs. recoil spring on mine and stock main spring.

I'm currently running a 12# recoil spring in my TS.

I have run as light as a cut-down 11#, which I would guess was probably between 9# and 9.5#, as the resistance was lighter than a 10# I also have used. Cycling became erratic on the super-light spring after only ~150 rounds, but it never actually had a problem in the other ~100 rounds that went through it in that configuration.

My main is whatever Angus and the CZC crew put in there. I'll check with them when it eventually comes time to replace it.

I'm running a 11# recoil spring and factory main spring with no issues at all.

I tried 13# main spring in both my CZ75 SA and SP01,but had too many light strikes

so went back to 15# main spring,thats why I left the TS main spring factory.

What is the purpose of running a lighter recoil spring? What is the factory recoil spring weight?

IIRC  there's a  17lbs  oem in there.  most factory 40  ammo  is  well over  170PF so then the 17lbs  RS  make  sens. however  guys loading for  the  game tries to  hit 170  ,maybe  a little  more  as  safe margin.  then the oem  rs  may be  too strong,  a  lower  rate  rs   is  then needed.  i  run a  13lbs  when using my  hand  loads, but may  swap  for  a  15 when i'm plinking with factory  ammo.
