First thing tomorrow morning I get my shoulder scoped. Rotator cuff fix job. Its my strong arm and I put it off til the bitter cold of Minnesota set in. Hope to be back 100% by the time next season starts.

back in October I have elbow surgery to decompress my ulnar nerve and carpal tunnel. Just been able to do a little dry fire last week since then.

Good Luck, I had my Rotator done on 12-18-09 so almost been a year now. It takes time to heal, do you PT and after about 6 months you will start to feel normal again. I opted to have my shoulder opened up instead of scoped as the doc said he could do a much better job, so your might heal faster.

Good luck. Your Rehab is the most critical part. Follow you PT's advice and devote as much of your time that you can. You'll be shooting in no time.

Push it hard but smart. If you take it too slowly, you'll never recover to full function.

Remember that rehab is finished when you are as strong or stronger than you were before the injury.

I had my entire right shoulder rebuilt almost 2 years ago and though I still have a little discomfort after long days of shooting, I feel better than I did.

Good luck and make sure you do you PT every day. I makes all the difference.
