Darrell
I loaded and tested some loads for a friend today, he wanted to try autocomp with 147 gr for minor. Well I wasn't impressed, I love it for 9 major. Also tested some 130gr lead rnfp bullets sized .357 with WSF powder, didn't like there performance either. Will test them with Solo 1000 and clays and see if the accuracy improves. Edited December 16, 2010 by Darrell
Intel6
I was working up a steel load for my Glock 17L with 124 CMJ's and tried some because I had it for my open gun. I actually liked it and ended up using it for the batch of ammo I loaded. The longer barrel of the 17L may have made the difference? Alan Adamson
Works great with 4.8g at 1.090 behind a 124 jhp in a CZ... 130-131 pf on the nose and shoots great. nice to have one powder for both 9 guns... Alan
Darrell
I've had good luck with it in 124's but can't get 147's to group good with it. Trying to duplicate a 1" 15 yard group in an M&P with ported barrel using AA 147fmj's. Thought autocomp may work since it shoots a good group in 9 major with 124's. Tightgroup and N320 always worked best for me with 147's in the past. A friend of mine wanted to see what autocomp would do so I experimented with it at his expense.
