ron35
hi everyone. been shotgunning here in the u.k for a couple of years, mainly wildfowling and clays. will be trying out practical shotgun next month, and by what i have seen so far it looks great. i currently have a winchester sx2,remmy 870 wingmaster and a browning gold 10 ga,which are all restricted to three shot(u.k sgc law). but hopefully once im a member of a psg club i can apply for my firearms certificate which will unrestrict the shell capacity. great forum with lots of info on gun setups etc, keep it up guys and girls. all the best. jay. kurtb
Welcome! Used to shoot Clays and International Trap outside Harrogate (UK) when I was working on contract (4 yrs) in Harrogate. It is a hassle to get a Firearms license, even harder as a American. Purchased a Browning Gold auto 12 ga. over ther and sold it before I left. Had an invite from a private club that shot at Catterick Garrison to shoot some targets. The club would only let my sons and I shoot the .22's. We needed to become members to shoot a larger caliber. I thought about shooting USPSA airsoft or pellet, is that still legal in the UK?
