DWFAN
How's the temperature sensitivity?? Inverse. Most reports say not much though. Just make your rounds to make powerfactor at the hottest temp you shoot in and you'll be good to go. Edited July 1, 2010 by DWFAN
Sarge
How's the temperature sensitivity?? Reverse temp sensitive. Load them up to make 135 pf in the temps you expect to be shooting in.
98sr20ve
I have not noticed any in my chrono work. Some have done test with cold and hot ammo on the same day and noticed a small change. I load everything to 130PF and it seldom is more the 2PF higher. Ever.
Bass Ackwardz
My chrono is pretty much dead on as well. Usually doesnt matter if its sunny, or a bit cloudy. Good luck with the Solo... Bass
scap99
I'm liking it real well. I do get a puff of smoke, but not anything like the loads with TG under the Precisions.
SoonerPast
Does anyone find that the little 9mm casing gets pretty full when loading with Solo 1000? Any little bobble with my Square Deal bounces powder out. Other than that I like the way the powder feels in my guns. Loading 130 grain bullets, by the way with 3.9 grains of powder. I get 1000 fps. scap99
I don't have any experience with the SDB, but my 650 used to snap to the next station quite forcibly. I adjusted the shell plate bolt and then trimmed a coil off the spring that pushes up on the ball detent. It doesn't snap as rough anymore, and a lot less powder getting spilled now.
