OAL for EAA Limited .40

I just bought a EAA limited and am wondering if anyone has any OAL info on them. What's the best place to start and what's the longest that will chamber? I will be using Zero 180gr HP and mixed range brass. 1.180 is the number that a lot of people use and that's probably where I'll start. Thanks!!!

Are you using 10mm mags? With those, I can run factory length .40 and up to 1.20+, but I usually run my 170 pf, 185gr Solo 1000 load @1.19. Not sure what the longest OAL you can use,though, but it's north of 1.22.

Yes, they are the Henning 140mm competition mags. That just the info I was looking for. I'll start at 1.18 and work out from there. Thanks for your help again!!!

I load Zero 180 JHP's to 1.200 for my EAA limited and STI Edge.

That is extremely impressive. What powder and charge are you using

to get that performance out of the short case .40SW ? I believe that

beats most 10mm loads.

Also run 180gr Zero JHP's @ 1.20 OAL. Barely fit the stock .40 mag but just right with the Henning 140 mags. Keep your mag feed lips in tune!!!

I run 4.7 gr of Tightgroup, or 5.0 of N320 with WSP and crimp .421. I also load 180 Bayou bullet at 1.190 with 4.5gr of Tightgroup.
