Ahab
I'm working on a project with a couple of 5-Oh trade-in Model 67s to convert them into IDPA guns. I know this is a pretty popular platform, so I'm wondering what kind of holsters people are using for these. I was planning on going the Blade-Tech route, but I want to see if there are any other options that people like.

They're in the $40 range, and Dillon and Midway keep them in stock.
jar
I bought a ready tactical from CPWSA. Haven't competed with it yet (shooting ICORE next weekend), but it seems nice in dry fire.
Bill Nesbitt
My favorite revolver holster is the Ready Tactical. http://www.cpwsa.com/ready_tactical.htm
Ahab
I'll have to check out that Ready Tactical holster - that looks like it might be just the ticket I'm looking for.

Forrest Halley
I use a Fobus paddle for my K and L frame revolvers as it is fairly cheap, fast and works well with a regular belt and my galco instructor's belt. If you are going to use a serious gunbelt of any description this may not be the one for you. The holster is also IDPA legal if that's any concern. I also find this holster easy to keep clean for carry or woodland adventures. Regards, Forrest
