small pistol primers

I recently bought some wolf small pistol primers and have shot maybe half of them and about 30% are not firing. Running them through the gun sometimes 4 times before they fire and sometimes not at all. Anybody else exp this? Havent had the problem with remingtons or with factory ammo. Im using a lee hand primer. Shooting an xdm 9. Do they just have a thicker cup or what?

I used to have the same problem. So I started to crush seat them, i've shot over 400 flawless so far with a 4lb wolff striker spring in a glock19
