    Where were you guys when we voted for the Area director? I know, you voted just like I did but somehow we got beat. Oh well, in a few more years we have another chance.

    Yep, I voted for my choice. I know it is a lot of work for little or no thanks running clubs, sections and areas so I can imagine that Ken is tied up with the multi-gun nationals but we need some attention to the area 4 match. I am willing to make an application for him if he needs it. I just want to get signed up and start the squadding process.

    On the Mag issue - Learning how to perform a quick and efficient reload is better than searching for the ultimate "I never have to reload mag" correct? On major 9 - I think it is a great addition to the option one has for shooting open if you use good reliable brass and stick to it. I saw a case separation at the last match and it cost the shooter the match win.

    Can anyone recommend a hotel, reasonable price range and on that side of town?? Ant idea as to what scoring system will be used , as if it matters !!

    Bullet Hole Range announces a Texas 3 Gun Match to be held July 19th with Benny Hill as Match Director. The match will be attended by some of the top 3 gun shooters in the country. Signup starts at 8am - Match begins 9am. This is a pre-lim match to a Texas 3 championship match we are looking to put on next year! IMGA RULES!

    Some Details -

    Eight stages: 1 all-pistol, 2 all-rifle, 2 all-shotgun, and 3 multigun.

    According to Benny, for the rifle stages you should "know your zero, and know your holdover out to 300 yards."

    Many Bays have electric and water right on the bays

    Restrooms at or near all bays

    No pre-sign up this year - Just bring your blasters and come shoot!!

    Cost of the match is $20

    Don't miss this match as we will be looking for a large sanctioned match next year with Prize Table, and Trophies for next year - o yea - more stages - we have 11 bays
